Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Below is a standard women's conversion chart for dress size and waist size. Most premium denim is measured by waist size. However, the fit of premium denim varies by designer and wash. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Shopepic.com accepts PayPal and all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Shopepic.com also accepts money orders and cashier's checks by advanced payment only.

Q: Is it safe to provide my credit card information?
A: Absolutely! When you choose Shopepic.com, you are protected against credit card fraud. Your credit card information is encrypted so it can't be read by anyone but authorized Shopepic.com Customer Service Representatives.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Shopepic.com charges 6.3% sales tax to Kansas residents and 8.25% to Texas residents. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

Q: Will I receive confirmation once my order is processed?

A: Check your e-mail for an order confirmation. The e-mail will include an order number for your records. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Shopepic.com.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock, we will notify you with a separate e-mail or phone call. You will only be billed for items that are shipped.

Q: How can I modify my order?

A: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Q: What are the guidelines for promotion codes?
A: Promotion codes are valid on regular-priced merchandise. Promotion codes are not valid on sale merchandise or previous purchases.

Shipping
Q: What are your shipping guidelines?

A: Shopepic.com will process & ship your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following business day. Shipping timelines are subject to credit verification and product availability. We will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

If you ordered multiple products, we may ship them in separate boxes (at no extra cost to you) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Q: What carriers are used for shipping?

A: Shopepic.com uses UPS for domestic shipments and USPS Global Express for international shipments. UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Q: What are the requirements for free shipping?

A: Shopepic.com offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on domestic orders over $100. See shipping table below for details.

Q: What is the cost of shipping for my order?
A: Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Use the shipping table below to calculate shipping costs.

To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, all orders with different shipping and billing addresses will need to be verified. You will be contacted by our customer service department to do so. In addition, no orders will be shipped with out a valid telephone number.

 
Q: What are the guidelines for international shipping?

A: Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from Shopepic.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. Shopepic.com does not lower the value of merchandise on international shipping documents.

Q: Do you have any shipping restrictions?

A: Yes.
• Delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays.
• UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for prompt delivery.

Q: Will I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped?

A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Shopepic.com.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: The e-mail confirmation will include a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Merchandise can be tracked through the applicable carrier's website using the assigned tracking number.

3. Package is postmarked for return within 30 days of purchase.
4. Return instructions, included with shipped merchandise, are followed precisely.
5. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
6. Lingerie and swimwear are final sales.

Q: What is Shopepic.com's return procedure?

A: For your convenience, we include a pre-printed return label with your order. Once we receive your return package, we will promptly refund your credit card or Shopepic.com account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction.

Returning Your Item

• Complete the Return section of the Return and Exchange form that was included with your order. Include the completed form inside the box.
• Detach the pre-printed return address label and affix it to the shipping box over the original shipping label.
